Ashley Johnson is a Founding Partner and strategic leader at J&F Advisors, PLLC. She is dedicated to advancing the firm's mission and plays a key role in managing the firm's revenues, overseeing cash flow, and maintaining credit operations. Ashley holds licenses as a Certified Public Accountant and Enrolled Agent, with over 14 years of experience in public and private practice. Previously, she served as the Director of Grants & Contracts for Wayne County and gained expertise in external auditing, corporate, and governmental accounting through her work in prominent accounting firms.
Ashley is also deeply committed to promoting diversity within the accounting profession, recently establishing the Minority Accounting Career Resource Society, a non-profit dedicated to creating pathways for minority students to become CPAs and excel in their accounting careers. To support this mission, Ashley successfully advocated for and secured $750,000 in donations. The non-profit officially launched in December 2023, and will help foster a more inclusive accounting profession.
Ashley is an alumna of Wayne State University, Michigan State University, and the Goldman Sachs 10K Small Business program. She also engages with the Michigan Association of CPAs (MICPA) and recently received the MICPA Impact Award for her significant contributions to the accounting industry. Furthermore, she serves on the Career & Technical Education (CTE) Advisory Board for Southfield High School and the Leaders for Kids Advisory Board for the Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation.

Robyn K. Fuller is a dynamic professional, serving as a Founding Partner at J&F Advisors, PLLC, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing operations and marketing. With a primary focus on the firm's small business clients, particularly in the retail sector, Robyn ensures that they receive top-notch financial support and guidance. Her qualifications as a Certified Public Accountant and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt underscore her commitment to excellence.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Robyn is a dedicated advocate for financial literacy, especially in underserved communities. In 2020, she established Parker & Jhett Rose Publications, a company dedicated to publishing books centered around financial literacy and social responsibility. One of her authored books, "Let's Be Fair," introduces elementary-aged children to the essential concepts of financial literacy.
Robyn is an alumna of The University of Michigan Ross School of Business and Eastern Michigan University, where she honed her expertise. Her commitment to the accounting profession is further exemplified through her role as an appointed member of the AICPA Board of Examiners and participation in Intuit's Partner Council. She actively engages with professional organizations like AICPA and MICPA and extends her support to NABA's Accounting Career Advancement Program annually.
In collaboration with Ashley, Robyn has also spearheaded a non-profit initiative, MACRS, aimed at addressing talent gaps and increasing minority representation in the accounting profession. This visionary endeavor is dedicated to fostering a more diverse and inclusive industry for the future. Robyn's multifaceted contributions reflect her passion for financial education, professional excellence, and social responsibility.
